"This Turkey believe to be the center of the world, really"

In the last few years, a kind of Ottoman elation has led Erdogan, the Turkish Prime Minister and Ahmet Davotoglu, the Turkish Foreign Minister to threat and preach. This time Davotoglu overdid it, saying that Europe must choose whether it wants to become a «global power » with Turkey or, instead, to become “marginal” without Turkey. The road to European success is not a healthy economy, a common army, an integrated culture…. No, it only depends on accepting Turkey or not. In addition, with the menacing tone generally used towards Israel, Davotoglu claimed that Turks have the absolute right to see the entry visas to European countries abolished. Well, let’s talk about it, but certainly not with this language.
Turkey has an arrogant attitude which mainly speaks to the Arab world, even though its close alliance with Syria has gone very badly, although its Iranian friend it defended against the sanctions is in the eye of international diplomacy, and although the U.N. Palmer’s Commission proved Israel right in the Flotilla incident.
The Ottoman Empire is still the dream of a large part of the Islamic world. So Turkey runs to dominate the springs and it does it by reviling us.
