Gaza: Italian MPs to bring solidarity to South of Israel population following escalation in the area
A delegation of Italian MPs from different parties, will visit tomorrow morning, Monday November the 12th, the Kibbutz Kfar Gaza to bring solidarity after the heavy attack of the area from the Gaza Strip. The escalation in the South of Israel forces the local population to abandon its way of life: there are injured people and destroyed properties, school are closed and people are continuosly obliged to enter the shelters at the "red colour" alarm.
"It's a very painful and unjust situation that puts the civil population in a status of stress and desperation. We want to bring the solidarity of the Italian Parliament to the Israeli people", the Italian MPs declared.
Twenty Senators and Deputies are in Israel since Thursday for the annual delegation of the Italy-Israel Parliamentary Friendship Association.
At Kfar Gaza, they will meet MK Shai Hermeshn (Kadima), resident of the Kibbutz, as well as local authorities.
